Hi There! This barrel-aged version of our Neu Bruin sour ale, a complex yet very drinkable new world sour, is truly something special indeed. Made with organic barley sourced from Chris & Sam Greenwood in Colleambally NSW, then malted by Voyager Craft Malt to be brewed by us...all direct from the source. Fermented & then transferred lovingly into French Oak barrels sourced from De Salis wines in Orange. Then stored for 45 days & bottled under the watchful eyes of the team at Wildflower Brewing & Blending. To bring this release to you, we have worked with sustainable, independent & local businesses that share a passion for their produce to bring you what is truly our Grand Cru. Enjoy!
