Its bush-vine Riesling from Frankland River, hand picked and foot stomped for the skins to soak in juice overnight, then basket pressed to natural ferment in sandstone Jarre and a couple of older barrels, left on full lees for 6 months.
Bright straw hue. Bickford’s lime cordial, lemons and limes dipped in wild honey. Smooth but intense palate with amazing length.
