The Rose is 80% Tempranillo (Peters Creek), 10% Cabernet (Zirella) and 10% Pinot Noir (Peters Creek). All fruit was picked nice and early and was directly pressed to tank where it underwent a long, cool ferment. Kept on full solids for 5 months before racking and a small sulphur addition prior to bottling. Its really fresh with notes of unripe strawberry and sour cherry and rosehip.
Blend : Tempranillo (80%), Cabernet (10%), Pinot Noir (10%)
ABV : 12%
