A combination of Riesling from an old vineyard in Frankland and an even older vineyard in Mount Barker, with a little Gewurztraminer (5%). The fruit was foot stomped and left on skins for 48 hours for additional flavour and a more generous mouth-feel. Fermented dry in Stainless steel, the wine exhibits floral, musk stick and citrus peel characters and has tonic water qualities, finishing with a quinine dryness.
