We're excited to introduce our latest beer – Jester King Run Club Gose brewed in honor of our Thursday run club! ? For this beer, we brewed a traditional mixed fermentation German-style Gose with malted wheat, sea salt, and coriander. The beer was fermented in stainless steel with our mixed culture of brewers yeast and native yeast from the Texas Hill Country. We then racked the Gose to an oak foudre for secondary fermentation and slow maturation before packaging.
