Gentle hand plunging of the ferment and minimal working has produced a cabernet sauvignon with vibrant fruit concentration and finely grained mouthcoating tannins. Basket pressed, the wine was matured in 100% French oak with 30% new to ensure that the fruit is the defining feature.
