ABV has increased to 8.0% to give this beer a bit more impact but also to make it suitable for barrel-ageing and cellaring. Drink it in. Big, dark and spicy throughout.
Banana and dark chocolate tones that add texture and grip. An addition of salt water from Cape Jaffa in the kettle adds a moreish dimension to harmonise with the sweeter caramel malts.
