After a successful experimental series, we are excited to be using our microdose hopping technique once again in this Oat Cream IPA. By adding small amounts of a variety of hops more regularly during fermentation, we have found we were able create heightened, more complex flavour profiles in our beers. For Cream On Chrome we selected a combination of Mosaic, Sabro, Amarillo, Citra, Centennial and Cashmere hops in carefully calculated rations to create this fruit forward juice bomb that finishes lusciously creamy and with balanced sweetness. Contains lactose.
