Region: Barossa Valley, SA
Grenache (50%), Mourvedre (19%), Syrah (11%), Pinot Gris (9%), Gewurtztraminer (9%). Grapes are sourced from Southern Barossa. Mostly whole bunched pressed to old French oak puncheons (500L) to ferment out to dryness with some being left on skins for 1 to 2 days. A small amount of sulfur was added before bottling.
