Deep ruby colour reveals concentrated but fresh and charming aromas of dark cherries on freshly baked cake, blueberries and ripe blackberries, followed by hint of green pepper, clove and vanilla. 

Very smooth on the palate as the Viognier plays its part softening the uncompromising straightforwardness of Pinotage. 

Red and black berry flavours are driven by furious acidity supported by strong tannic backbone leaving with soft chocolaty oaky notes. As far as we know this is the only Pinotage Viognier blend in the world!
