The third instalment of our preservative free wines. Handpicked, destemmed and basket pressed old vine Shiraz fruit. Intense mulberry flavours with textured ripe, rich tannins. Decant this wine to open up the bouquet and enjoy its blackberry aromatics.
This wine is produced off our organic old vine Shiraz, planted in 1968.
Hand picked and destemmed, basket pressed and aged in old French oak for 3 months.
