A punchy Rosato produced in the Whites Valley, South Australia 80% Cabernet and 20% Mataro. 'Cab is the block out the front of our kitchen window (Cooter Vineyard, Whites Valley). Mataro is Paeroa Vineyard just around the corner, which is technically Willunga South.' Whole bunch pressed Cab...treated like a rosé pressed to tank and then oak. Mataro similar story. Savoury, tart and refreshing. 12.9% abv.
