This Shiraz represents a ‘best of’ kind of vibe. A Shiraz, composed of individual components from many of our favourite grape growers and sub-regions of the Barossa.
Hand-picked with 11% whole bunches in the ferments (indigenous yeasts) which take place in open fermenters or barrels depending on the vineyard. It sees around 10 days on skins before basket pressing to old, seasoned French oak for 23 months before bottling.
Pure, lifted and fragrant, it is a wine packed with ripe plummy fruit, laden with spice and perfumed purple floral notes. Juicy and textured with those lovely whole-bunch notes opening the wine up and letting the light shine in.
